Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched within 24–72 working hours. Dispatch time is the time taken to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier. Delivery time is additional and depends on the carrier and the destination. Orders are processed on working days, and the dispatch window begins once payment has been cleared.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands. Standard delivery is free on orders of 75 and over (£75 in the UK, €75 in Spain and the Netherlands). Below that, standard delivery is £7.99 in the UK, €3.99 in Spain and €7.99 in the Netherlands. Orders go out Monday to Friday and you'll receive a tracked shipping confirmation by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and exclude weekends and public holidays. Prime Protein isn't liable for delays caused by the carrier or an incorrect shipping address supplied at checkout.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any unopened product in its original sealed packaging. Because supplements are consumables, opened or partially used items can't be resold and are non-returnable unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned parcel arriving and passing inspection. Original shipping costs are only refunded when the return is caused by a fault on our side.
