These Terms & Conditions govern your use of primeprotein.io and any purchase you make from Prime Protein Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15799406). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

"We", "us" and "Prime Protein" refer to Prime Protein Limited. "You" and "customer" refer to the person placing an order. "Products" means the supplements, apparel and related goods offered on our store.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is listed at a materially incorrect price, and to refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Subscription orders renew at the interval selected until you cancel from your account or by contacting us.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands only.

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food-safety reasons opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All content on this site — including the Prime Protein™ name, logo, product imagery and copy — is owned by or licensed to Prime Protein Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not replace a varied diet. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
